Maybe its just me but since Rick Santorum has jumped into the spotlight coupled with much talk about a remote possibility of a brokered convention for Republicans, Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) is on air at every possible moment. Clearly, he’s a rising star of some sort in the GOP. I get that, but what’s getting old fast is his in-your-face attitude on real issues that Americans care about.
His taunt to Warren Buffett to “Cut a check and shut up, that’s what I say, okay? … I’m tired of hearing about it. Well, I’m tired of hearing loud-mouth, rude comments from Gov. Christie that are pointless. It shows he’s just as out of touch with real life concerns as the candidate he’s endorsed, Mitt Romney.
Christie’s latest taunt to President Obama about gay marriage is useless. Let me borrow an often used phrase by The View co-host Joy Behar in response to Christie’s rhetoric about his veto of his state’s gay marriage bill: “So what! Who cares!” It’s no secret Gov. Christie was going to veto the bill. He said so repeatedly and has opposed gay marriage even before he was elected.
It’s also no secret to the rest of us that Christie’s half-baked challenge to the President is to gain political points and nothing more. Once again, Christie shows us he’s totally out of touch with residents in his state and America. Maybe Christie should join the cast of Jersey Shore. Rude and arrogant rhetoric maybe good for a reality television show ratings but such commentary cannot and will not improve upon what the President is accomplishing at home and abroad. Perhaps Christie should follow the advice he offered to Warren Buffett and just shut up.

You’re probably right. What a way to run for office. But I guess as VP, one need not outline where you stand on relevant issues such as the economy, education, etc.
I think he is running for VP.
